PASSPORT LOST – DUPLICATE PASSPORT FOR ALL BAPSH BREEDS -APPLICATION FORM – use this 2026 form for any horse registered with BAPSH. If your horse is not registered with BAPSH, or the ownership is incorrect, you will need to apply for Registration or Transfer of Ownership at the same time as you apply for the Duplicate Passport

PASSPORT CANCEL & RE-ISSUE AS PUREBREED PEDIGREE HORSE-APPLICATION FORM – Current form for Horses with ID-Only Passports & Partbred Passports either issued by BAPSH in the past or by another PIO Studbook; the Horses MUST be registered with BAPSH Ltd in the PRE FUSION HORSE STUDBOOK / HISPANO-ARAB / SPANISH-NORMAN HORSE STUDBOOK or SPANISH SPOTTED SADDLE HORSE STUDBOOK before this form can be used.

CHANGES TO PEOPLE OR HORSES

TRANSFER/CHANGE OF OWNER APPLICATION FORM – ALL BAPSH Studbooks and Breeds to Register the Sale or Purchase of  a Horse and change all the details to the NEW Owner including MICROCHIP-REGISTRATION with BAPSH and the DEFRA Central Equine Database (CED).
This form MUST be used for PRE, HA, PFH, RMH, SSSH, SNH, and AAH breeds to register the Change of Ownership WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE and get the Horse Passport UPDATED in order to comply with UK EQUINE LAW.

TRANSFER/Change of Ownership Instructions for PFH, HA, SSSH, SNH, RMH, AAH for 2026

CHANGE OF ADDRESS AND/OR  SURNAME – 2026 Current form which should be completed within 30 days of moving house or changing your surname (marriage or divorce or deed-poll). SEND the form to BAPSH Ltd with your BAPSH registered Horse Passports to be updated; include a COPY of your Marriage or Divorce or Deed-Poll Certificate if you have changed your Name.
IF YOU HAVE an ANCCE-LGPRE BREEDER or OWNER CODE you will also need to complete THIS ANCCE-LGPRE form  ANCCE UPDATING STUDFARM DATA and send it to BAPSH with the BAPSH document & your Passports. BAPSH will update your ANCCE-LGPRE records for FREE.

GELDING/CASTRATION NOTIFICATION & CERTIFICATION – 2026 Complete and submit this form with the Horse Passport within 30 days of your horse’s Castration.

DEATH OF HORSE NOTIFICATION & PASSPORT CANCELLATION – 2026 
Complete and submit this form with the Horse Passport within 30 days of your horse’s Death.
FOC if the passport remains at BAPSH Ltd, but a Fee required if the passport is to be cancelled and returned to the owner.

EXPORT OF HORSE NOTIFICATION    – 2020 Form (no change for 2026) to be completed for any BAPSH registered horse when Exported out of the UK. This document should be sent via email or post to BAPSH Ltd who will remove the horse from the DEFRA Central Equine Database as required by UK law.

IMPORTED HORSES – REGISTRATION IN THE UK

All horses imported into the UK from another Country must be registered with their Equine Studbook PIO within 30 days of arrival so that the National Equine Database (DEFRA CED) maintained by the Government is kept fully up to date.

IMPORT REGISTRATION FOR PUREBRED SPANISH HORSES (PRE) – Information and Registration Instructions For all Purebred Spanish Horses Imported into the UK from anywhere in the world providing the horse is also registered with the ANCCE-LGPRE Mother Studbook. IMPORT REGISTRATION APPLICATION FORM – PUREBRED SPANISH HORSES (PRE)2026 – to register all Purebred Spanish Horses from anywhere in the world into the BAPSH Ltd PRE Studbook, providing the horse is also registered with the ANCCE-LGPRE.

IMPORT REGISTRATION APPLICATION FORM – ALL HORSES for PFH, RMH, SSSH, SNH, & AAH STUDBOOKS 2026
Including PRE-Type & PRE Fusion-Type horses with uncertified or undocumented PRE Ancestry, and other  Purebreeds of PRE descent who may be accepted for registration in the PRE FUSION HORSE STUDBOOK Appendix-B Classes.

IMPORT REGISTRATION APPLICATION FORM – HISPANO-ARABS (pedigree HA) 2026
Non-pedigree horse of Hispano-Arab Type will now normally be registered in the PRE FUSION HORSE STUDBOOK Appendix-B.
Non-pedigree mares of outstanding Hispano-Arab Type, conformation and quality can apply to be registered into the HA Studbook Auxillary Section – Look at the HA Studbook Divisions for more Information on the HA AUXILLARY REGISTER

HA FOAL- REGISTRATION INTO HISPANO-ARAB UK STUDBOOK –  From 2021 (post BREXIT) BAPSH Ltd is responsible for the registration and passporting of HA foals and the management of the HA Studbook in the UK.

ANCCE-LGPRE INTERNATIONAL APPLICATION FOR SERVICE   – 2019 Latest version 
This is the universal Service Request Form that must be completed and submitted for EVERY ANCCE-LGPRE Service request. Service 619 – Change of Ownership in the Mother Studbook (ANCCE-LGPRE) is the most common Service request, but others used often are Service 103 – PRE Foal registration and Service 243 – Coat Colour Genetics Analysis. The Centre of this Form LISTS ALL the Service Numbers (Codes) and What they are For.
You Must have an ANCCE-LGPRE Breeder or Owner Code to use this form or be applying for a Code at the same time as submitting this form.

ANCCE-LGPRE INTERNATIONAL APPLICATION FOR SERVICE_ENLARGED LEGAL & PRIVACY DECLARATION FROM BOTTOM OF THE FORM
Please read this enlarged version of the ‘Small Print’ on the bottom of the ANCCE-LGPRE International Application for Service form so that you know the ANCCE Legal & Privacy wording to which you are agreeing when you apply for an ANCCE-LGPRE Service.

ANCCE-LGPRE Ownership Declaration form
ONLY for PRE Horses with FESCCR issued Spanish Passports and which have never had an ANCCE-LGPRE Carta de Titularidad/Propiedad issued to them (uncommon nowadays)

ANCCE SEMEN SALES CONTRACT  
An ESSENTIAL document to complete and submit to BAPSH Ltd BEFORE the Stallion or the Semen is SOLD.
If you have Frozen Semen stored for a Stallion you intend to Sell, or if you plan to Sell any of your Stallions Frozen Semen. Use this document to prevent people RE-SELLING FROZEN SEMEN or a new owner REFUSING TO ISSUE COVERING CERTIFICATES In the Future for the Stored semen from the Stallion/s you have sold
This ANCCE Semen Sales Contract/ Agreement is a guideline document and the wording should be adjusted by the two parties to include their own particular circumstances, and then a copy must be sent to BAPSH Ltd who will also forward it to ANCCE-LGPRE.

ANCCE WOMB RENTAL AGREEMENT – FOR THE LOAN OF PRE MARES FOR FOAL PRODUCTION BY ANOTHER REGISTERED BREEDER. Both Mare Owner & Mare Loanee MUST have their Signatures NOTARISED by a Notary Public – otherwise the Form will not be recognised by ANCCE-LGPRE. It is also ESSENTIAL that the Agreement is submitted to BAPSH Ltd no more than TWO Months after the last covering, who will then forward it to ANCCE-LGPRE who MUST receive the contract MORE THAN EIGHT MONTHS BEFORE THE FOAL IS BORN..
This ANCCE Womb Rental Agreement is a guideline document and the wording can be adjusted by the two parties in many different ways, for example:-
to include several Named mares on one contract
to specify that colt foals belong to the loanee and filly foals belong to the loaner
to specify who owns which colour foals at birth
to specify a rolling renewal of the contract at a particular date unless one party opts to change or cancel by a certain date before the rolling renewal
or to set up contract for several years of continuous loan of one or more mares specified by Name & UELN thus saving the need to renew the Agreement every year and saving on Notary fees
